Return/Refund Policy

Iconic Tsunami, LLC., is a Delaware company who prides itself on having innovative products that are American Made. Iconic Tsunami, LLC offers a 30-day guarantee on the quality and craftsmanship of the product(s). If within 30-days of the purchase date, the FACEMATE® product fails to perform due to a defect in craftsmanship, we will replace the FACEMATE® accessory with one of equal size and color. However, the consumer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the damaged/defective accessory to the Iconic Tsunami, LLC facility.

Products many not be returned and/or refunded due to dissatisfaction with the color or size of the FACEMATE® monitor accessory. Please refer to our size ordering guide in order to ensure you purchase the correct product size for your flat screen monitor*.

* How to determine your FACEMATE® monitor accessory size: Standard size flat screen monitors are square-shaped. Letterbox or widescreen monitors are rectangle-shaped. To measure the size of your monitor, measure from the top left corner to the bottom right corner (diagonally). Be sure to measure from the outside edges and not just your viewing screen.
